this one caught my attention and i do believe it.
Yesterday ( filming for Shallal 2 Shout LOUDER) we had good weather and an intense but good time.
Anna could dance before work and Pete came along high off performing last Friday, wanting to do more.
Colin dropped into watch (and help, lots of heavy tables to move - always grateful for the generous spirit in Shallal Dance Theatre performers, they are the core 'family' our voting members) and ended up dancing! So pleased to have us all there, the sun shone in those beautiful gardens.
I remarked you can, see the sea, look at the twirling homely architecture and feel the good grass under your feet! what a joy. Thank you again to Hennie and Falmouth Town Council for our new Shallal 2 home!
Bobby was with us despite being tired- thank you - and Steve Tanner and Neal and the dancers were great focused and present.
I had to speak to camera at the end which although short felt quite nerve wracking.
Photos coming soon form dress rehearsal for a Call to Home, do we do it again at St Peters lots to discuss tomorrow for today its moving props from the studio so more artists can access the space! Dialogue with Dean Evans soon re Passmore Edwards more celebrations in 2023 so we are keeping the props and hope to be part of it all, on a bigger scale, again.
